About Ethiopia

Ethiopia carries more varietal diversity than any other origin — thousands of indigenous landraces rather than a handful of named cultivars. It is why the cup moves so far between one washing station and the next.

Washed lots from Yirgacheffe and Sidama run floral and citric. Naturals from Guji and Harrar push into blueberry and stone fruit. Both reward light development and filter-led offers.

Harvest runs October to January, so fresh crop reaches the region in the first quarter.
