1. Standard Shipping:
- Delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Available for domestic and international orders.
2. Express Shipping:
- Delivery within 1-3 business days for urgent orders.
- Available for select locations only. Check at checkout for availability.
3. Local Delivery (Dubai Only):
- Orders within Dubai are eligible for same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the time of order placement.
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be changed.
