WOC brings together coffee professionals, enthusiasts, and industry innovators from around the globe. This year, Roasteria , within the walls of its new coffee cellar, Palette, is hosting a series of 4 FREE evening events diving each night into the culture of a single origin offering traditional food, music and coffees for its guests.
Every year, countless coffee-producing countries harvest amazing crops, yet many of us stick to the same well-known brews. While these familiar flavors are great, there’s a whole world of coffee waiting to be discovered. It’s time to shine a light on the underdogs of the coffee world and open our minds—and our taste buds—to new flavors and aromas.
We understand that trying to find a new favorite cup of coffee can sometimes feel overwhelming. With so many options out there, it can be hard to know where to start, and the process might even seem a bit frustrating.
This year, every night, as exhibition closes its doors, we will be opening ours through a series of 4 evenings designed to showcase the culture, food and coffees from 4 different origins: India, Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil.
From 7 pm to 10 pm, you'll have the chance to taste a variety of coffees with distinct flavor and aroma as you get practical insights into the origins and processing methods that make each coffee special.
By highlighting diverse coffee-producing regions and offering hands-on experiences, we’re making it easier than ever to expand your coffee palette and find new tastes you love.
