About Colombia

The most dependable origin on this list. Two harvests a year across a country wide enough to stagger them further, which means Colombian fresh crop is available for most of the calendar.

Caturra and Castillo make up the volume; Pink Bourbon, Geisha and experimental ferments make up the top of the range. Washed processing dominates, so the cup is clean, sweet and predictable — a reliable base for a house offer.

Main crop September to December, mitaca April to June.
